Annual Document in accordance with section 10 of the German Securities Prospectus Act (WpPG)

for fiscal year 2009

In accordance with section 10 of the German Securities Prospectus Act, that became effective on July 01, 2005, R. STAHL AG, as a company listed on a German stock exchange, has to make publicly available an “Annual Document” once a year. This document shall contain or refer to all information which is of interest to the financal markets and which has been published by the company in the last 12 months.
